Messages stay on the platform you sent them on for as long as they're useful. Invoices and job records are kept for six years, because HMRC requires that.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead to calls and WhatsApp messages. Analytics cookies are only set if you press Allow on the cookie bar — if you press No thanks, or ignore it, none are set. Your choice is stored in your browser so you're not asked again. Google Analytics processes an anonymised version of your IP address; Google acts as my processor and may transfer data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses.
